Entry Permits for Serchhip
Essential information about Inner Line Permits (ILP) and travel documentation required for your visit.
Permit is Mandatory
To protect local cultures and ecosystems, Serchhip requires an Inner Line Permit (ILP) for Indian nationals and a PAP for foreigners.
Processing time usually takes 1-3 working days.
Indian Nationals (ILP)
- Valid Identity Proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport)
- 2-4 Passport size photographs (Recent)
- Online/Offline application via State Govt
- Standard Fee: ₹120 – ₹200 (approx)
Foreign Nationals (PAP/RAP)
- Valid Passport and Indian Visa copy
- Tourist group permit (minimum 2 travelers)
- Apply via Indian Embassy or local FRRO
- Processing time: 5-30 days (Plan ahead)
